Bar Raiser Programs
We have helped several customers including Hostinger, CenterCal, SoSafe, Dropbox, and Robinhood put in place a formal program to uphold rigorous high standards in the hiring process to raise the talent bar. Often (but not always) called a Bar Raiser program, the intent is to introduce an objective third party to raise the hiring standard and drives consensus on the best possible long-term hires not just for the role, but also for the company. The program includes criteria for selection, clarity on the roles and responsibilities of the bar raiser, facilitated practical training and coaching, and supporting tools. The outcome of this work has been a fully integrated high hiring standards program.

Strategic Event Production
In an increasingly virtual world, in-person events are a powerful catalyst for connection - shaping meaningful experiences that reflect an organization’s values, elevate its brand, and drive strategic outcomes. We have produced multi-day offsites for executive teams seeking to align on priorities, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and enable decisive, forward-looking action.
In one instance, we were brought on at short notice to executive produce the inauguration of a new chancellor at a world-class university, stepping into a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with little margin for error. We quickly aligned with the core team, assessed immediate needs, and coordinated logistics, executive rehearsals, vendor communication, and on-site execution. The role demanded adaptability, clear communication, and sharp prioritization under pressure. Despite the compressed timeline, the event was delivered seamlessly - reflecting the institution’s prestige and vision.

Some of the work we have most enjoyed has been to partner with clients to define, and sometimes redefine their cultural pillars, such as core values and principles, and then weave them into every stage of the employee experience. We have helped teams move beyond abstract statements by embedding those pillars into hiring, onboarding, feedback, development, performance, and everyday communication, so people have a clear, shared understanding of what “good” looks like in practice. In partnership with our clients, we align on a consistent and repeatable hiring process and put the supporting stakeholder tools and assets in place across the interview lifecycle such as: a pre-brief template, an interview question bank organized by competency, examples of well written interview feedback, a common hiring assessment rubric, and a debrief agenda template. The outcome of this work is a consistent company-wide hiring process that enables clients to improve upon the quality of their workforce.
High Standards Hiring Processes
Effective communication is foundational to a high-performing corporate environment - it aligns teams around shared goals, builds trust, and enables faster, more informed decision-making. We have partnered with organizations such as CenterCal, Hostinger, and Link Logistics to provide real-time feedback and coaching on employee messaging such as CEO communications, developing employee engagement and communication strategies, and strategic change management plans. Our work helps clients translate key cultural pillars into clear, consistent messaging and embed them into day-to-day and long-term strategic communications.
Communications
Team-building experiences play a critical role in strengthening relationships, building trust, and creating alignment among leaders - especially in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where effective collaboration is essential. We design and deliver purpose-driven team-building experiences for executive teams, focused on strengthening trust, fostering meaningful collaboration, and aligning leaders around shared organizational priorities - while creating space for genuine connection and enjoyment. Recent examples include a bespoke culinary experience in Key Largo for Dropbox leaders, and a hands-on cooking workshop at a nonprofit culinary school in the San Francisco for Moloco executives.
Team Building
We have facilitated multi‑day offsites for teams at client organizations such as Dropbox and Moloco, including a two‑day session for a large Dropbox product organization focused on high-velocity decision‑making, strengthening risk‑taking norms, and building practical mechanisms to support both. We have also led a two‑day offsite for a client HR leadership team to improve team dynamics and develop their strategic plan for the year ahead. In addition to this facilitation work, we delivered the keynote address for Hostinger’s company‑wide gathering in Lithuania, focused on practical takeaways on how to hire and develop the best. Across these projects, our role has been to create the structure, clarity, and space teams need to do meaningful work together.
Leadership Facilitation
We have supported senior leaders who wanted a trusted, unbiased sounding board as they worked through complex ideas, proposals, and culture‑related decisions. Our role has often been to offer an external perspective, a second set of eyes and ears, for leaders who felt isolated in their decision‑making or needed space to test and refine their thinking. We have reviewed proposals, project overviews, and strategic concepts for multiple teams across Amazon and Link providing candid, practical feedback rooted in culture formation, employee engagement, and organizational health. This work has helped leaders gain clarity, pressure‑test assumptions, and move forward with more confidence and alignment. Across these engagements, our focus has been steady, grounded partnership rather than formal consulting.
Thought Partnership
As part of our work, we have delivered several workshops to clients including Amazon, Dropbox, and Nord Security.
